from the Court that says something about an

About Our Strategy
Many of these
credit card companies sell their debt for
pennies on the dollar to buyers, who then hire
lawyers(or have in house lawyers) to serve you
paperwork to collect.
The majority of
the time, they have no intention of showing up
for Court because it is simply to expensive to
fight a case from Houston, San Antonio, or even
Dallas on a lawsuit typically under $10,000. Our
office files the necessary paperwork for you and
points out to the Judge the deficiency in their
paperwork and asks for a hearing. Most times,
the lawyer for the credit card company doesn't
even show up and the few times they have, the
Court has ruled against them based on my
motions. Mr. Nance has lots of experience
handling these cases and knows many, many tricks
of these lawyers and to their surprise, has
quite a few tricks of his own that can be used
to your advantage. Many of these "tricks" are
simply rules established in our State that the
credit card lawyers either know or don't care.
